Ageing process
6 months in casks with a long, light toast.
Tasting Comments
Ruby to crimson hue. A wine showing very complex aromatics (cassis, cherry…). Ideal with poultry, red meats and cheeses.

Can be enjoyed immediately or will keep for 4 to 5 years.
